Staying on Track
“Stay on the path that the Lord your God has commanded you to follow…” Deuteronomy 5:33 (NLT) 1. KNOW WHERE YOU ARE “Then the Lord God called to the man, and said to him “Where are you?’” Genesis 3:9 (NASB) KNOW WHERE YOU’RE GOING “…Then you will live long and prosperous lives in the land you are about to enter and occupy.” Deuteronomy 5:33 (NLT) 2. GOD WILL GUIDE YOU, SO KEEP FOCUSED “…you shall observe to do just as the Lord your God has commanded you; you shall not turn aside to the right or to the left.” Deuteronomy 5:32 (NASB) 3. HEED WARNING SIGNS “We must pay the most careful attention…to what we have heard, so that we do not drift away.” Hebrews 2:1 (NIV) ADDRESSING THE FLESH “…the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.” Matthew 26:41 (NIV) “… ‘Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me?
