Discovering Your Kingdom Purpose

I cry out to God Most High, to God who will fulfill His purpose for me. Psalm 57:2 (NLT) To find true purpose in life, we must go to the One who created us. Christ is the visible image of the invisible God. He existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation, for through Him God created everything in the heavenly realms and on Earth... everything was created through Him and for Him. Colossians 1:15-16 (NLT) For You created my inmost being; You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Psalm 139:13 (NLT) 1. YOUR TRUE PURPOSE IS TO BRING GOD GLORY They are My own people, and I created them to bring Me glory. Isaiah 43:7 (GNT) (Jesus said) I have brought You glory on Earth by finishing the work You gave me to do. John 17:4 (NIV) When anything in creation fulfills its purpose, it brings glory to God. How do we bring glory to God? a. Grow in your relationship with God by getting to know Him and love Him (Worship) b. Learning to love other people in God’s family (Fellowship) c. Discover your gifts and passions in life and use it for the Lord (Divine Design) 2. YOU HAVE A KINGDOM PURPOSE; TO SOLVE A KINGDOM PROBLEM I keep working toward that day when I finally be all that Christ Jesus saved me for and wants me to be. Philippians 3:12 (NLT) VICTORY GROUP QUESTIONS: 1. What ways have you tried to discover your life’s purpose that haven’t worked? 2. In what ways have you found God’s purpose in your life?
