The Family that Celebrates
1. PAUSE FOR THE CAUSE . Be cheerful with joyous celebration in every season of life. Let your joy overflow! (Philippians 4:4 TPT) 2. CELEBRATIONS DON’T HAVE TO BE EXPENSIVE , JUST GENUINE . Love each other with genuine affection, and take delight in honoring each other. (Romans 12:10 NLT) Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep. (Romans 12:15 NKJV) 3. EVEN GOD LIKES TO BE CELEBRATED . Let Israel rejoice in their Maker; Let the children of Zion be joyful in their King. (Psalm 149:2 NKJV) Celebrating something that God is doing, positions us for increase. VICTORY GROUP QUESTIONS: 1.Do you consider your family a healthy one? Do you think celebrating small victories will make your family stronger? 2.Is it hard for you to cultivate genuine joy for what God is doing in another’s life. If it is, what can you do to change that? 3.What areas of life do you find yourself constantly complaining about? How many times in a day do you take time to celebrate God? 4.What does “being present” mean to you?
