Series: Prevailing Through Storms

“Rise Above"

Fearing people is a dangerous trap but trusting the Lord means safety.” Prov 29:25 NLT

STAND UP AND STAND OUT!!

1. AFFIRM YOUR IDENTITY BY SEPERATING YOURSELF FROM OTHER BIRDS!!

"Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; Before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations.” Jer 1:5 NKJV

"A tree is identified by its fruit. If a tree is good, its fruit will be good. If a tree is bad, its fruit will be bad.” Matt 12:33 NLT

2. DO THE UNTHINKABLE, STRETCH OUT YOUR WINGS AND EMBRACE THE STORM!!

"Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.” James 1:2-3 NIV

  • “NEVER LOOK AT SOMEONE AS A LOST CAUSE, BUT LOOK AT THEM AS THE CAUSE FOR YOUR MINISTRY!!”

3. USE THE WINDS TO RISE ABOVE AND BEYOND THE STORM, UNTIL IT BECOMES YOUR DANCEFLOOR!!

"Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.” James 1:4 NIV

"But when Daniel learned that the law had been signed, he went home and knelt down as usual in his upstairs room…” Dan 6:10 NLT
