“Beloved, I pray that in all respects you may prosper and be in good health, just as your soul prospers.” (3 John 1:2 NASB)

INTENTIONALLY AIM FOR YOUR PERSONAL BEST
AIM FOR IMPROVEMENT, NOT PERFECTION

1. CONTEND FOR YOUR HEALTH
“Our people must learn to engage in good deeds to meet pressing needs, so that they will not be unfruitful.” (Titus 3:14)
2. BE PROACTIVE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH, RATHER THAN REACTIVE
“A prudent person foresees the danger ahead and takes precautions. The simpleton goes blindly on and suffers the consequences.” (Proverbs 27:12 NLT)
3. GOD CAN TURN BACK TIME
“Then the prophet Isaiah called upon the Lord, and the Lord made the shadow go back the ten steps it had gone down on the stairway.” (2 Kings 20:11 NIV)
