“Soul Health"
1. HYDRATE YOUR SOUL
“For He has satisfied the thirsty soul…” (Psalm 107:9 NASB)
“…If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink” (John 7:37 NASB)
“My tears have been my food day and night, while they say to me all day long, ‘Where is your God?’ These things I remember and I pour out my soul within me…” (Psalm 42:3-4 NASB)
2. FEED YOUR SOUL
“…And the hungry soul He has filled with what is good.” (Psalm 107:9 NASB)
“ ‘Give us this day our daily bread’.” (Matthew 6:11 NASB)
EAT YOUR DAILY DEVOTIONS
“Therefore, putting aside all filthiness and all that remains of wickedness, in humility receive the word implanted, which is able to save your souls.” (James 1:21 NASB)
3. REST YOUR SOUL
“…All Your breakers and Your waves have rolled over me.” (Psalm 42:7 NASB)
“ ‘Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest. ‘Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and YOU WILL FIND REST FOR YOUR SOULS.’” (Matthew 11:28-29 NASB)
GO TO JESUS
4. TELL YOUR SOUL
“Bless the LORD, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless His holy name. Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget none of His benefits.” (Psalm 103:1&2 NASB)
