HUNGRY FOR THE PROMISE

• SPIRITUAL WORLD HUNGER

“…Bethlehem…from you One will go forth for Me to be ruler in Israel. ..” (Micah 5:2 NASB)

2. ONLY JESUS CAN SATISFY

“ ‘…the bread of God is that which comes down out of heaven, and gives life to the world.’ Then they said to Him, ‘Lord, always give us this bread.’” (John 6:33 & 34 NASB).

“Jesus said to them, ‘I am the bread of life, he who comes to Me will not hunger…” (John 6:35 NASB)

• NO SUBSTITUTE

“And the tempter came and said to Him, ‘If You are the Son of God, command that these stones become bread.” (Matthew 4:3 NASB)

“…give us this day our daily bread…” (Matthew 6:11)

3. GOD PUT AN EMPTY “BREAD BOX” IN YOU

“…He has also set eternity in their heart…” (Ecclesiastes 3:11 NASB)

“…satisfied them with the bread of heaven.” (Psalm 105:40 NASB).
