YOU BEFORE ME LOVE

WHAT’S LOVE GOT TO DO WITH IT?
“YOU BEFORE ME, LOVE”
(Love)“…does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, think no evil;” (1 Corinthians 13:5 NKJV)
CHECK YOURSELF BEFORE YOU WRECK YOURSELF.
“A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth evil. For out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.” (Luke 6:45 NKJV)
BE HUMBLE BY THINKING LESS OF YOURSELF AND MORE ABOUT OTHERS.
“Don’t be selfish; don’t try to impress others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves. Don’t look out only for your own interests, but take an interest in others, too.” (Philippians 2:3-4 NLT)
“This is my commandment: Love each other in the same way I have loved you. There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends. You are my friends if you do what I command.” (John 15:12-14 NLT)
LOVE IS SACRIFICIAL, NOT SUPERFICIAL OR SENTIMENTAL.
“This is real love–not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son as a sacrifice to take away our sins. Dear friends, since God loved us that much, we surely ought to love each other.” (1 John 4:10-11 NLT)
