USE THE S-WORD TO WIN

1. DEFENSE STOPS THE ENEMY, BUT OFFENSE POSESSES THEIR LAND

Then you shall drive out all the inhabitants of the land from before you, destroy all their engraved stones, destroy all their molded images, and demolish all their high places; you shall dispossess the inhabitants of the land and dwell in it, for I have given you the land to possess.

1. DON’T LIVE NOT TO LOSE, LIVE TO WIN! THE S-WORD IS FOR OFFENSE TOO!

And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

Remember those who led you, who spoke the word of God to you; and considering the result of their conduct, imitate their faith.

1. Share practically (life examples) why both a good defense and offense are necessary to beat the opposition. Why is it not recommended that we settle to play defense only?

2. When the enemy attacks (sometimes by twisting the Word of God), how can you use the “S-Word” to win your battles?

3. How can you “tighten your grip” on the “S-Word” so you don’t lose it in battle?

4. Do you have a mentor/master/spiritual coach? If not, pray, and ask God to guide you to one.
