THE WORD OF LIFE

“Word For The Wounded (Part 2)”

l JEHOVAH ROPHE: The God who heals

“ ‘But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds,’ declares the Lord…” (Jeremiah 30:17 NIV)

  1. LET JESUS WASH YOU IMMEDIATELY

“To make her holy, cleansing her by the washing of water through the word…” (Ephesians 5:26 NIV)

l PERSONALIZE HEALING SCRIPTURES

“He came to Simon Peter, who said to him, ‘Lord, are you going to wash my feet?’ ‘No’, said Peter, ‘You shall never wash my feet.’ Jesus answered, ‘Unless I wash you, you have no part with me.’” (John 13:6,8 NIV)

  1. DEPOSIT RIGHT TREASURES INTO YOUR HEART

“Your word I have treasured in my heart, that I may not sin against You.” (Psalm 119:11 NASB)

“Let the word of Christ richly dwell within you, with all wisdom…” (Colossians 3:16 NASB)

  1. CHOOSE WHERE YOUR MIND DWELLS

“…whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things.” (Philippians 4:8 NASB)

l CHOOSE WHAT YOU KEEP IN YOUR MIND

  1. FORGIVE QUICKLY!

“But Jesus was saying, ‘Father, forgive them; for they do not know what they are doing’…” (Luke 23:34 NASB)

l CHOOSE TO LIVE HEALED

“…by His scourging we are healed.” (Isaiah 53:5 NASB)
