VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS! “HOPE THROUGH THE EVE”

1. THE DAY WILL COME, WHEN GOD SAYS “NOW”!

“Now the birth of Jesus Christ was as follows: when His mother Mary had been betrothed to Joseph, before they came together she was found to be with child by the Holy Spirit.” (Matthew 1:18 NASB)

• GOD MAY BE SILENT, BUT HE IS ALWAYS PRESENT

2. TRUST THAT GOD IS WORKING OUT HIS PLAN TO GET YOU TO YOUR NOW

• NOT NECESSARILY ABOUT THE EVE, IT’S ABOUT THE DURATION OF THE EVE

3. CALL HIS NAME

“She will bear a Son; and you shall call His name Jesus…” (Matthew 1:21 NASB)

“…Behold, the virgin shall bear a Son, and they shall call His Name Immanuel,’ which translated means, ‘God with us.’” (Matthew 1:23 NASB)

4. GOD IS A FINISHER

“Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion…” (Philippians 1:6 NIV)
