Can These Dry Bones Live?
"For eyes have not seen, nor ears heard, neither have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him."
(1 Corinthians 2:9)
"The hand of the Lord was on me, and he brought me out by the Spirit of the Lord and set me in the middle of a valley; it was full of bones. He led me back and forth among them, and I saw a great many bones on the floor of the valley, bones that were very dry." (Ezekiel 37:1-2)
"He asked me, “Son of man, can these bones live?” I said, “Sovereign Lord, you alone know.” (Ezekiel 37:3)
1. AGREE AND DECLARE THE "I WILLS" OF GOD
"And as he was prophesying, there was a noise, a rattling sound, and the bones came together, bone to bone. I looked, and tendons and flesh appeared on them and skin covered them, but there was no breath in them. (Ezekiel 37:7-8)
"Prophesy to the breath and say to it, 'This is what the Sovereign Lord says: Come breath, from the four winds and breathe into these slain, that they may live.' So he prophesied as God commanded him, and breath entered them; they came to life and stood up on their feet - a vast army." (Ezekiel 37:9-10)
"Son of man, these bones are the people of Israel. They say, our bones are dried up and our hope is gone; we are cut off." (Ezekiel 37:11)
2. SPEAK TO THE DRY BONE OF UNBELIEF
"This is what the Sovereign Lord says, my people, I will open your graves and bring you up from them. then I will bring you back to the land of Israel. when this happens, you will know that I am the Lord. I will put my Spirit in you and you will live again and return home to your own land. They you will know that I the Lord have spoken." (Ezekiel 37:12-14)
3. READY YOURSELF! ARISE AS THE ARMY OF GOD!
"You are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood and holy nation, a peculiar people who will show forth the praises of His name, who has called us out of darkness into His marvelous light." (1 Peter 2:9)
"I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith." (2 Timothy 4:7)
