Dear Friends and Family (Ohana):

God is so moving in, and through our church, that a whopping 121 people went public with their faith by getting WATER BAPTIZED last Sunday! They all have a FRESH START, and a CLEAN SLATE to move victoriously towards their divine destiny! Praise God, and CONGRATULATIONS!

“Freedom of speech doesn’t mean license to kill with the words we speak”

When mass shootings occur, we see it in breaking news on T.V., on social media, on the internet. The contentious and fiery debate on “gun control”; and the right to bear arms, takes center stage in attempts to resolve the problem of people being killed by guns and bullets.

Yet, so many people’s reputation, self-esteem, identity, character are killed not by guns and bullets – but, by unkind, and destructive words being shot out through the mouth. In other words, we need “mouth control”. That’s why, David said “Take control of what I say, O Lord, and keep my lips sealed.” (Psalm 141:3). David understood that freedom of speech doesn’t mean license to kill with the words we speak (or type).

We’ve heard “sticks and stones can hurt my bones, but words will never hurt me”. Sounds good, but not necessarily true. The words we speak have the power to build or destroy; give life or take life.

Freedom without Godly stewardship of that freedom can kill and destroy. May God give us the wisdom to please the Lord with the words we speak (or type), and be used to build up and not tear down; give life and not take life; to give a future and hope! Amen!

WEDNESDAY NIGHT SERVICE – Our Youth Director, HANALEI SANTOS shares his message titled “CATCH YOU AT A BAD TIME?”

Then, on SUNDAY, you’ll be blessed by AUSTIN TIALAVEA as his message brings you to the heartfelt conclusion of a matter “THERE’S NO PLACE LIKE HOME”.

KEEP HYDRATED, and get energized with double “A” KANGEN water: ANNOINTED and ALKALINE fresh! Get 8.5, 9.0, or 9.5 PH level at our Hospitality counter before and after services. This water is “micro-clustered”, meaning water molecules are smaller so it is better absorbed into your organs. Drink half your body weight in ounces EVERYDAY! NET proceeds go towards our church’s ADVANCE fund (i.e. helps with building improvements, equipment etc.)!

Much Love!

Pastor Kent
