Dear Friends and Family (Ohana):

“You are saved to be sent, not to sit”

Jesus said “…get up and STAND on your feet” (Acts 26:16), then He says “…I am SENDING you to open their eyes so that they may turn from darkness to light and from the dominion of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who have been sanctified by faith in Me.” (Acts 26:17-18).

I remember when I was not a Christian – my eyes were closed; I was blind, and living in darkness. I didn’t know I was living in the dominion of Satan. No wonder my life at that time was empty. If it wasn’t for Lisa (my now wife), I would still be there.

Lisa knew that being saved is not the end, it was the only the beginning. She needed to stand, not sit. God was sending her to Kent (me), who needed forgiveness of sins. Thank God for Lisa! Now, my eyes are open, I am in the light, I am in the dominion of God, I am forgiven, and I am claiming my inheritance!

Just like Lisa, you are saved to be sent, not to sit. There are other “Kents” out there in the world! Go get em’ – because there is NEW HOPE!
