Dear Friends and Family (Ohana):

“Not the amount of ‘mite’, but the amount of heart”

The poor widow gave two small copper coins, which amount to a cent – and this captured Jesus’ attention! She stood out from among all that gave. Why? Jesus said “…she…put in all she owned, all she had to live on.” (Mark 12:44).

What captured Jesus’ attention was not the amount of mite, but the amount of heart by which she gave. The poor widow didn’t give from her hands, she gave from her heart. Whatever we do, or give to Jesus…the amount of heart that we put into what we do or give matters!

She may not have been rich in money, but she was rich in spirit…rich in heart! The amount of heart  mattered so much to Jesus, that it captured His attention, AND we read about this poor widow to this very day!

Amazing! Last weekend, about 70 people came up to the altar and accepted the 6 months “Tithe & Offering” challenge! The windows of heaven are about to be opened, and I can’t wait to hear their breakthrough testimonies!

WEDNESDAY NIGHT SERVICE – HELEN Lauvao will equip us with an empowering message titled “BUILT WITH JOINTS (Part 2)”! Then…

On SUNDAY, our dynamo speaker AUSTIN Tialavea will be speaking on “FINANCIAL FOUNDATION (Part 2)”! You’ll also hear another powerful financial testimony that is going to touch your heart and inspire your faith! Don’t miss it!

We are getting closer to being able to EXPAND, and UPGRADE our church restrooms. We need about $4,000 more to get going on this project. If you would like to help, you can still give an “OFFERING” Make check(s) PAYABLE to “NEW HOPE LAS VEGAS”, and note “ADVANCE”. You can also give through our APP. Thank You for your generosity!

If you want to become a “Member” of New Hope Las Vegas, sign-up for our “Catch The Heart” class COMING THIS SATURDAY, March 10th starting at 9 a.m. You’ll meet some of our Pastors, and leaders; and learn about our Core Values, and much more! Sign-up at our Connections Counter or call Rochelle: (702) 487-8439.

Much Love!

Pastor Kent
