“For God is not the author of confusion but of peace.”

1 Corinthians 14:33 (NKJV)

1. THERE IS A DIVINE REASON FOR DIVINE ORDER.

“But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.”

Matthew 6:33 (NKJV)

“And Asa cried to the LORD his God, “O LORD, there is none like you to help, between the mighty and the weak. Help us, O LORD our God, for we rely on you, and in your name we have come against this multitude. O LORD, you are our God; let not man prevail against you.”

2 Chronicles 14:11 (ESV)

2. WHEN WE RELY ON GOD FIRST, WE POSITION OURSELVES FOR VICTORY.

“Because you have relied on the king of Aram and have not relied on the LORD your God, for that reason the army of the king of Aram has escaped from your hand. Were not the Ethiopians and the Lubim an immense army with very many chariots and horsemen? Yet because you relied on the LORD, He handed them over to you.”

2 Chronicles 16:7-8 (NASB)

“For the eyes of the LORD roam throughout the earth, so that He may strongly support those whose heart is completely His.”

2 Chronicles 16:9 (NASB)

3. DIVINE ORDER FLOWS FROM A SURRENDERED HEART.

“But I have this against you, that you have abandoned the love you had at first. Remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent, and do the works you did at first. If not, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place, unless you repent. ”

Revelation 2:4-5 (ESV)
