DIVINE PERSPECTIVE IS SHAPED BY 3 CHOICES:

1. CHOOSING YOUR FOCUS.

Verse 3 – “Stand at the crossroads and LOOK....”

❖ NOT PASSIVE EYESIGHT BUT INTENTIONAL OBSERVATION.

2. CHOOSING YOUR REFERENCE.

“I will REMEMBER the deeds of the Lord; yes, I will remember your miracles of long ago. I will CONSIDER all your works and MEDITATE on your mighty deeds.”

3. CHOOSING YOUR INFLUENCE.

“Blessed is the man Who walks not in the counsel of the [a]ungodly, Nor stands in the path of sinners, Nor sits in the seat of the scornful; But his delight is in the law of the Lord, And in His law he [b]meditates day and night. He shall be like a tree Planted by the [c]rivers of water, That brings forth its fruit in its season, Whose leaf also shall not wither; And whatever he does shall prosper.”

LIFE GROUP QUESTIONS

1. What area of your life (calling, marriage, family, ministry, etc.) do you need to ask God to help you “see right” instead of simply “see”? What may be distorting your perspective?

2. Which of the three choices challenged you the most this week: choosing your focus, choosing your reference, or choosing your influence? Why?

3. Jeremiah 6:16 says to “stand... look... ask... and walk.” Is there a practical step God is asking you to take this week to realign your perspective with His direction?
