“That evening the disciples came to him and said, ‘This is a remote place, and it’s already getting late. Send the crowds away so they can go to the villages and buy food for themselves.’ But Jesus said, ‘That isn’t necessary—you feed them.”

1. JESUS ISN’T INTERESTED IN YOUR FACTS, HE’S INTERESTED IN YOUR FAITH!


“But we have only five loaves of bread and two fish!” they answered.”

Matthew 14:17 NLT


“He was testing Philip, for he already knew what he was going to do. Philip replied, ‘Even if we worked for months, we wouldn’t have enough money to feed them! Then Andrew, Simon Peter’s brother, spoke up. ‘There’s a young boy here with five barley loaves and two fish. But what good is that with this huge crowd?”

John 6:6-9 NLT


2. THE LACK IN OUR HANDS BECOME LEFTOVERS IN HIS!


“Bring them here,’ he said.’”

“Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us,”

Ephesians 3:20 NKJV


3. JESUS DOESN’T JUST WANT TO FEED YOU, HE WANTS TO FEAST WITH YOU!


“Then he told the people to sit down on the grass. Jesus took the five loaves and two fish, looked up toward heaven, and blessed them. Then, breaking the loaves into pieces, he gave the bread to the disciples, who distributed it to the people. They all ate as much as they wanted, and afterward, the disciples picked up twelve baskets of leftovers.”

Matthew 14:19-20 NLT
