What is your favorite family memory?

WHY THE FAMILY

  • GOD'S IDEA

  • GOD'S PLAN

  • GOD'S HEART

  • WORDS ON THE WALL

- Nehemiah 1:3b

- Nehemiah 2:17

- Isaiah 58:12

Your people will rebuild the ancient ruins and will raise up the age-old foundations; you will be called Repairer of Broken Walls, Restorer of Streets with Dwellings.

Isaiah 58:12 (NIV)

- GATES = MARRIAGES

- WALLS = FAMILIES

- TODAY’S GATES & WALLS ARE IN CRITICAL CONDITION

Current stats in America...

52% of couples report spiritual and relational misalignment.

83% of parents feel unequipped for their new role.

• Children living in single parent households has risen from 9% in 1960 to 29% in 2023.

• Today over 40% of births occur outside of marriage, compared to just 5% in 1960.

• Digital technology has it’s benefits. But it has also caused less personal connections, increased stress, and an anxiety epidemic in parents and children

- BUT THERE IS HELP AND HOPE!

- WE ALL PLAY A PART.

"Let us rise up and build. Then they set their hands to this good work."

Nehemiah 2:18b
